What Information about You Is Collected, and How Is It Used?
When purchasing tickets, or making a donation, we collect the information necessary to process the transaction: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, when applicable, credit card number. We use the information you provide about yourself when purchasing tickets, or making a donation to complete that transaction, to notify you of play changes and updates, and to notify you of upcoming productions and special events.
Main Street Theater is the sole owner of the information collected. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in the statement. We participate in the Arts Database Management Project through the Houston Arts Alliance. This allows other arts organizations to request use of our information for post card mailings. The mailing addresses are given permission for use on a one-time use only, and are not allowed to become part of the other organization’s regular database unless you participate with them. Phone numbers and email addresses are NEVER exchanged.

You can access all your personal information that we collect online and maintain by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will record and respect your instructions.
We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data. We have security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from or about you.
